• GWV store has the best front office concierge- everyone loves her. She is always professional on the phone, greets you by your first name always making eye contact making everyone feel welcome & appreciated & she makes the best coffees, But.. the reason I have kept my membership since 2017 is Rachel. Her skills are twice anyone I've tried there. I won't use anyone else.. except Jen. Glad she's back. Rachel is always the positive face of Ella bliss- she's always touting the incredible owners( & mom) expressing her loyalty. That's a rare find. Love those sweet girls!
