• I was impressed that I was called and informed that there would be a 10 minute delay in my service, which actually worked in my favor since I was walking from my hotel to the spa. The receptionist who answered the phone talked me all the way there, which was awesome because it was raining, I was unfamiliar with the area and I was stressed. The shampoo and blow out service calmed me down and the stylist Courtney did a great job!
