• I chose this score because I arrived 20 minutes early, and since the team wasn't busy, they graciously accommodated me by moving up my appointment. I was able to get my back waxed and taken care of ahead of schedule, allowing me to leave much earlier than expected. This not only helped me stay on track with my plans for the day but also allowed me to start my weekend on a positive note, having accomplished more than I had anticipated.
