I used to go to Adams location, but after finding out my esthetician for years has left, I was adamant about anyone else waxing me. I'm so happy to have found Alissa in the downtown location. I hate forced conversations, especially during a Brazilian. However, Alissa is super easy to talk to, which makes such a great distraction. She is quick and takes the time to explain what she's doing as well as answer any questions I had. She's awesome, glad to have found my new esthetician for Brazilians and will definitely be back as long as she's there.

I had a great experience here. The lady was communicative and very short and simple. I did expect a lot more hairs to be plucked out if the waxing didn't get to it but at the end of the day I was pretty content and walked out with good service and the vibe was very relaxing.

My fave place for eyebrow waxing. Convenient locations, great prices, friendly and knowledgeable estheticians set them apart. I also love how they map your eyebrows before they wax.

First French bikini (first wax anywhere but my eyebrows) and Rose was amazing! Thorough, honest, and super fun to talk to. I'm happy with my results and I'm excited to come back for an even smoother process. Parking is a little tough so definitely come 15 min before your appt if you don't want to park in a parking garage.

Absolutely horrible, I will never book another service here. Not only was I charged for my eyelash removal after them falling out one week post installation, I have never ONCE had a successful waxing experience. I always have to come back for a clean up. I have spent thousands of dollars here and I am so disgusted, upset, and feel taken advantage of.
