• As a retired massage therapist, I am very cognisant of what is required when giving a massage. When pressure and strength are combined together many massage therapists don't know how to transition between the two when navigating myofacial related injury zones. Hands down, Heather's massage was a seamless experience of relaxation and deep pressure release with zero tripping over my toxic waste dump knots.
