Very friendly staff and space is nice and very organized. The schedule has a lot options for classes. I was there just once, but I am planning to be a regular.

it was my first time ever doing any type of yoga. i am a gym with weights kind of girl. so it was very neat and fun for a different work out! will be back soon!
