Suny is an incredible yoga instructor and made me feel so comfortable. She is empowering and encourages everyone to listen to their body which I love.

I love how kind and interested the instructors are with our well being and health. Janelle, Linda, Anna Marie and Suny ❤️❤️❤️. Because of them they make working out fun. I love them all.

Instructors are so helpful. I'm recovering from injuries and just getting older. They give me tips on those specific problems and have helped me with user error with the app and such. lol Even though I can only come in once a week I have gotten stronger each time and definitely feel it if I can't come in! Thanks ladies!
