All of janelles classes are so great! And she makes me feel welcomed and not pressured to push more than I can on any given day.

With my busy schedule I can't get in as often as I would like but there is at least one class a day that I am overjoyed about being able to go to!

Suny is a great instructor and the location is so convenient. Staff is always friendly
The instructors are all nice, supportive, and they kick my butt. It may not be what I want but it's what I need! I love coming. Also the bathrooms are always clean
