Wow ~ Linda is awesome! I am impressed with how she navigated such a high-level intense class with so many people while cueing form with such ease. Her form cues were very helpful feedback and they helped me finally figure out why I always had such trouble keeping my posture with deadlifts (I.e., keep head lifted) - I also asked her about it after class and even she had another class back to back to teach, she was kind enough to help me through it too. Thank you so much Linda.
