Great class, pretty intense workout so I'm unsure I'd recommend to literally everyone. Still fantastic and I'll be coming back
There's such positive energy there that not only helps the body but also the mind and the soul. Fantastic instructors and a wonderful group of people that attend. It's the best studio I've ever belonged to! I recommend it to everybody I know.
