It's a very good experience. From the instructors, environment, and a peaceful humbling experience.
All of janelles classes are so great! And she makes me feel welcomed and not pressured to push more than I can on any given day.

With my busy schedule I can't get in as often as I would like but there is at least one class a day that I am overjoyed about being able to go to!
