Great class
All the teachers are awesome! My favorite however is Suny. She encourages everyone to be their best by saying their name and what they did that was of great effort. She explains each move, what it's especially good for and she reminds students of breathing techniques, which muscles to tighten and flex. Like I said all the teachers are wonderful and if Suny is not available when I want to do yoga, I would take any of your instructors.
