Brett was really nice and quietly gave advice to me as a newcomer. It was also a really good experience for the first time doing hot yoga in years. I wasn't quite sure what to do but the instructions were clear
I appreciate the passion Linda and others at your studio bring to each class. High level classes that challenge me to keep striving to be my best at any class I try.
This was my first hot yoga class and Linda was absolutely helpful and welcoming. The class was intense but a great challenge for me. Looking forward to coming again!
