Elev8 is always a safe space, a space where I am challenged to push my limits and my accomplishments (making it through another class) are celebrated. It feels like family and I hate to miss a week. My body soul and mind crave it!!!
Everything was perfect. Atmosphere, trainers, people, size of the room and the temperature !!!! Love it. It's been 11 years without doing yoga and I cried the first time the whole time I was in class.
