Staff is friendly. Class was enjoyable and instructor reminded everyone not to force their practice. It felt like a safe space for people of all different levels.
Having a 6am Sulpt class fits my schedule the best!! Linda is a fabulous instructor and I am always pushing myself harder when she is the teacher! Love her class style and her method of instruction.
