Very friendly environment and best classes.
The studio is very clean. Also during the class the instructor watched everyone to make sure we were all doing well in the hot environment. Reminding everyone to breathe. I didn't feel uncomfortable like I normally do at the gym. Great atmosphere. It was an excellent class and I can't wait to go back
