Elev8 is part of my weekly routine. Won't miss a work out. Linda, Trish, Sunny, Christine and Jana are the best instructors in all of Puget Sound. Best studio in Western Washington!
Sunny is a great teacher. 75 Hatha is a great class. She has a nice pace, keeps me aware of my breathing and gives steady instruction for proper form. I likeher hands on adjustments and affirmation.
