Because it's the most loving and embracing yoga studio I have ever been to. It was a wonderful class for body AND soul. ♥️
Linda was so warm and welcoming, and so uplifting. I’ve gone to classes at different places before (waaay back) where they pick on you and call you out. This was so much fun even as I was getting my butt kicked. I’ll be back!
The instruction was great.. and I worked muscles I never use.. totally felt my workout this morning. The only negative would be the distance from my home.

Sunny is a great instructor. She explains every movement in detail. And she let's you know how to correct if your not doing the pose right. And when you are right, she let's you know also...
