The instructors are great and the heat is what make it so worth it. The quiet time in the class is great. I wish the room could be cleaner and aired before class, schedule is also flexible.
Anyone who works out knows the hardest thing is getting there, at Elev8 the people who take their yoga for health, strength, mental toughness will find that the teachers will support, encourage and enlighten, also the friends that you meet are kinda like family enjoying yoga in a awesome place like this!
Awesome class; Ive never felt that good after a work out!! The instructor was phenomenal!! And the atmosphere was comfortable and inviting!!
