Great experience! Very informative and supportive for a first timer. Great pace and extremely challenging.
The service was amazing! I was given a water bottle, towel, and yoga mat because I forgot. Several members came up and congratulated me on my first class. And to top it off, the frozen oil infused towel at the end really made the experience lovely.
