Instructor Julie was amazing, felt very welcomed at my first ever hot yoga class
Exactly what i needed! The friendliness and welcoming environment. The class and instructors teachings was great. My whole body hurt and was so stiff as i walked in . As I left I felt my body was refreshed and relaxed
I so enjoy my time. The receptionist was wonderful and my instructor was outstanding.
