I was very impressed with the variety of classes and the Hot Pilates class was the absolute hardest class I've ever taken..even harder than boxing or kickboxing by far. The instructor was very engaging and made sure I was doing the moves correctly to get better results.

Everything is great, I just wish they would ran the diffusers more and more of them. It can smell pretty horrible at evening classes :/
