Linda was a beast as always. Much needed cardio weight workout today. She pushed me to a great place. I always know my workout is going to be amazing with her. With trying to get my body back to a place where I am confident and happy, I look to her for feedback and guidance. I always welcome her feedback, as I know it is to make me better and to ensure my form is on point. Love love love her!
