This is my first time going to a Yoga studio and ever doing Yoga and everyone was so welcoming! The class I've been taking is a basic class and it's definitely helping my body. I'm looking forward to more classes and expanding to different ones!

The owners are very nice and helpful. I'm a beginner but I want to become better that the practice. The class sizes aren't too big that I can't hear what the instructor is saying. So far I've been enjoying all the teachers
