This is the first month of ever participating in Yoga and other classes. I've been enjoying the different classes available to all fitness levels. I've enjoyed every instructor I've had so far. All have gone out of their way to be super encouraging and giving of advise. The other people in the class are super supportive and for the first time ever I don't feel as though I'm being judged for be gower weight. It is a very refreshing experience for me. So thank you.
