Clean studio, great service by Angela at front desk and a great Flō class.
I love Elev8. I have a torn meniscus and bone spurs in my spine making some postures very uncomfortable (It hurts to sit on my heals, do squats or some balancing postures) - usually I get the stink eye teachers if I need to modify but all of the Elev8 instructors are super kind and respectful and don't guilt trip or impose what they can do easily on others. Everyone is different. I appreciate their patience. Also it's just a great studio! I wish they had bought the Hot Yoga Inc infared heaters when they closed but otherwise very happy with them!!
