The space is beautiful and welcoming. Instructor was informative & I enjoyed the class immensely. I highly recommend this studio

Great and encouraging instructors! The instructor helped with difficult poses and her voice carried throughout and was easy to follow. The movements worked every part of my body and I felt refreshed and energized.
