When the flood happened I visited another yoga studio to keep up on my practice. Although it was a Pleasant experience I did miss the vibe that only Elements has. It was an absolute pleasure to come back. Emily and Katie ( the only two whose classes I’ve attended) are awesome. Both have different styles and techniques that are fun and enjoyable to follow. Very happy the doors are open again!
