Elements is the most fun studio in town! I appreciate the owners and the teachers setting the tone to be welcoming, non-judgemental, and tuned in to the students and practitioners. I also feel called to highlight the effort into the curation of playlists and posture sequencing. Flowin' and groovin' is medicine ❤️🎶✨
