The session was a good challenge and so well run, I felt confident in a non judgemental environment and the studio is beautiful. made me want to come back as soon as possible for another session.
I felt very informed as I'm still quite new. Have not really sure what I'm doing, but I do feel like I'm in good hands whenever I come :)
The place is very friendly and open minded with beginners!
It was a great workout, the machines are good quality and the studio looked very clean 💖
Matchi is sweet, kind and accomodating to all levels for each exercise. The classes were great at working out the entire body and each class had different exercises which is nice to keep it fresh.
