I have never been to a gym before and I’m very unfit I was very apprehensive about joining but how wrong I was! On my first visit Angela did consultation and her knowledge base on every aspect of fitness from nutrition to muscle groups and beyond was incredible. I have had six sessions so far three with Jen and three with Olivia and their perseverance with me has been so encouraging they both deserve awards as I’m so new to everything not once did they make me feel like I was bothersome (which I was) I highly recommend Educogym Blackrock I’ve gone from dreading all things ‘gym’ to now looking forward to a session. So very well done to all involved.
