I greatly appreciate the positivity of the Educo exercise and wellness programme. My current attendance signup started Dec 2023 and to-date I have seen very substantial overall strength improvements; Leg Press capability up from 240 lbs t0 360 lbs, Partial Squat, 80 lbs to 160 lbs & Hypertension metric, 60 to 110 lbs. I am surprised to see these positive results over a relatively short few months - at 77 years of age! Appreciation and many thanks to Ariele at Educo for her professional expertise and personal guidance.
