I had never really done weights before, but I feel very safe at Edco . Having staff that are friendly,encouraging you every step of the way,and lastly knowledgable makes a world of difference. I unfortunately got quite unwell last year with COVID, the team in Blackrock phoned me weekly , and were so kind when I returned. Note they had excellent Covid IPC measures in place . Now I feel stronger, my golf swing has improved, I've lost inches , and my sleep is better. Join.....what's not to love.
