I have always been a speed demon in the car and have the fines to match but thanks to the after effects of an Educogym Leg Day session I can no longer use the clutch or accelerator that much so I'm getting into shape and curtailing my life in the fast lane :-) Absolutely excellent HITT gym that work on a very personable approach.
