Kealan was so helpful and guided me through the process really well. I was very nervous as I hadn't been in a gym for a long time. He gave me the confidence and reassurance needed to get started. And during my sessions he was so attentive and encouraging. And I noticed it wasn't just with me, he was the same to everyone in the group. I love that the gym is small and intimate. Delighted I decided to join.
