The regular sessions keep you on track and focused. The trainers are very good. Molly is a new trainer and she is very good at keeping you motivated by pushing you (in a good way!) She complements Keelin and Francesco very well. A great addition to their team.

I am always greeted on arrival,I feel safe when doing the weights because a trainer is always watching you, covid is well managed , It doesn't get boring and the routines are taylor made and it's all done in half an hour. Annette
