The programme works and I can see and feel a lot better in my body since I am going to Educogym! I would highly recommend it to anyone who want to lose weight or strengthen their bodies. The personal trainer at every session is a big plus as sometimes you don’t remember how to set the machines or how to do a certain exercise correctly. I am very happy that I joined Educogym, it’s the best thing I’ve done for myself in years!
