Good first time experience
It was Yoga for the balanced athlete and just what I needed. I went at the suggestion of a friend. I appreciated the guidance I received for my first class their so I would get the most out of it. Everyone out front was very welcoming as well.
Because Johnna did everything to make us all comfortable and the space has a good aura.
