Ebb and Flow is by far my favorite studio in Maine--all of the teachers are so welcoming, approachable, and ready to offer help. The classes are always challenging and accompanied by great music. Also love the heat!

I thought the class was really good and the instructor very skilled. I prefer a sound track that is designed around a class and couldn't tell if the music was. That's all!
The early class worked with my schedule. It was great yoga class with a very nice and knowledgeable instructor.
I feel like I get a relaxing workout along with stretching. Also instructors are amazing!
