• My technician, Edith, was excellent! She was very aware and thoughtful of my feelings and comfort while being personable, friendly and professional. She allowed me to relax as soon as there were opportunities to do so which also demonstrated her care, concern and patience. I've never experienced that before. I appreciated that because it had been awhile in between services and she was able to keep me calm.

• Everyone is so nice and friendly! In a time where I cannot find good customer service anywhere, so far everyone I've come in contact with st ETS, has been exceptional. I absolutely love Edith and Hunter. Edith especially, given the intimate nature of Brazilian waxing, is so professional, so easy to talk with, and it 'speaks" volumes to not be red faced to have that done.
