• Everyone is so nice and friendly! In a time where I cannot find good customer service anywhere, so far everyone I've come in contact with st ETS, has been exceptional. I absolutely love Edith and Hunter. Edith especially, given the intimate nature of Brazilian waxing, is so professional, so easy to talk with, and it 'speaks" volumes to not be red faced to have that done.

• The service was amazing!! I did have to wait a little bit which made me late to get out of the spa and I was a little late for my plans following my appointment. Otherwise it was amazing!!
