Marty was Amazing! I took a spin class with him Monday and a 20 min ab workout he made myself and my friend who hasn't been to the gym in a really long time feel very comfortable. The girls at the front desk also very welcoming when I first came in to sign up. I cannot stress how important that is! Thank u
