Kim is a positive instructor. Who motivates and is kind at the same time. She never makes you feel bad at whatever fitness level you are at. No question is too small. You have fun while working out and this is what makes me want to come back.

Facility is very clean and well maintained. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The daycare is top notch, clean and Miss Ashley is so great with the kids. It's the perfe r size gym.. fully equipped but isnt so big that its intimidating I love going and will continue to!
