Near perfect score just a little initial difficulty registering on app at which time I was prompted for my birthday and it didn't take & it didn't take several times. I took a break and realizing it's a Mind Body app (used by Baptist Health and others) decided to try again by remembering what I did on Mind Body previously. It finally worked. Yay!
