The Facilitator, his Guest Speaker were knowledgeable, welcoming - Presented class in most awesome, balanced way! Thru guided mutual talking, visual aide, music selection.... this new class got me moving, stimulated my senses, learned about Chokras, Somatic thinking..... Have already told friends, family, ....of it's enrichment.
