The class was exactly as described: assisted stretching out tight body parts, all guided by Matt with humor, knowledge, and kindness.

Oh I just loved the activoty it was very doable, relaxing and it didn't make a mess. I didn't feel hurried and it was nice to have adults around the table just talking telling sorrows helping each other and laughing. Really it was me of the best EH activities🩶❤️🦅
