The Dwell community has been so important to my life since moving to Las Cruces. I really have no appropriate words to let you know how deeply I value you all and the community you create. Thanks for putting up with my crazy ridiculousness.
I enjoy the practice, the teachers are very knowledgeable in how to tweak poses for beginners or even injuries. Love how it's improved my aches, pains and flexibility. And the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming!
I have social anxiety and Dwell is the only studio that truly makes me feel at home. It's a good place for the soul.
