I adored Allie"s Moon class with Journaling opportunity. The poses were unusual and gave me a different way to work my mind and body. I love how instructors like Tara and Suzana offer modifications to those of us newer to flow from the basics class. Tara in particular is so encouraging! Thank you Dragonfly.
