First time attending hot yoga - or any yoga class and I loved the class. Allie was awesome and made us feel welcome and that we could go at my our own pace/ability. Returning next week for another class.

I took a hot yoga class with Ally. She's a excellent instructor and even though it was my first time taking this class, she put me at ease. The studio was clean and not overly crowded. The cold washcloth at the end of class was wonderful!
