Precision instruction! Provides suggestions how to intensify or decrease intensity of challenges! And not always saying, if this is too hard, -do this- , which can be defeating or shaming for some. Modeling easier poses and suggesting ways to make it more difficult- what?!? I can level up?!? How encouraging!! And I love when she says "oh, yes you can." To a silent group of potentially aspiring yoga prodigies, wondering if they can. ❤️ AWESOME! 🕊
