I love Tara so much. And this is the first time I got to know Alia. I love her now too. Both instructors are so encouraging and passionate especially with a touchy subject like intentions and resolutions. I learned some key information on how yoga approachs this type of new beginning. They both created a joyful safe space to share without pressure. It was a great workshop with useful/pretty journals too. I would suggest a 6 month check in as a follow up or more workshops on finding or adjusting your inner purpose. Thank you for offering this wonderful workshop.
