I felt so rejuvenated when I left the practice. Jesse does a fab job in leading the practice. I just love her practice. When in one of her practices I push myself to do more and it feel so good. It was beginner friendly environment is amazing the instructor visually talks you through every pose you don't feel rushed you don't feel forced to do something you're not comfortable doing it was overall an amazing experience I will definitely recommend this to friends and clients!!!
