First, the instructors! A terrific group of folks that try to deliver personal attention in a group setting. They also seem to continue develop their skills and knowledge as instructors. On personal level, they helped me through post-surgical rehab. Second, they offer something for every level of practice. Lastly, the hot room and proximity to my home.

I was a new customer and I was greeted immediately at the front and told the set up and process. I forgot my water in the car and I was given a cup to fill. I loved Alonna because she was very thorough with her direction and supported us if we weren't in the correct position. She gave us options to modify our positions if it were too much for us. I have already rebooked for next week! ❤️
